The Idea
Inspired by the harmony of New York’s Central Park, we positioned the development as a lush sanctuary in the heart of Singapore—where nature and city living exist in perfect balance.

Future homeowners are invited to discover a verdant oasis just minutes from urban convenience. From branding and social media to print, every element was carefully crafted to reflect the development’s unique blend of natural beauty, modern living, and timeless elegance.

Branding

The logo portrays the property as a home harmoniously nestled within nature, with branches extending to the various activities and attractions near Parc Central Residences. The logotype is meticulously designed with a touch of art deco sophistication. Paired with a sans serif font, the overall logo exudes a refined and contemporary vibe.

Social

Spanning over 4 months, each social post was curated to highlight different features, for example, using cinemagraph to showcase their luxurious lake pool, 360° photo to show the expanse of their fitness zone or a Broadway-inspired post that ties in with their sales gallery.
